Admin can see the lists of existing subscriptions and edit them. Changes in the subscription plan will be applicable to new users only and the existing users of the plan will be notified about it.
Admin can directly see and search the details of all providers. The admin can enable or disable and API and also check the number of times the API has been called. The charges for the API can also be checked and defined by the provider.
Admin can apply filters and view payment history details of users based on the credits they have purchased. These details would include the username, their amount, subscription plan, credits purchased, along with the record of the date and time.
Once the user provides their review, the admin can view all the reviews and approve or disapprove them. All the reviews will be managed by the admin. If the review gets approved, it will be displayed on the provider page.
Admin can search, view and manage all the tickets raised by the user, with the latest ticket received being on the top followed by other tickets. The list can also be filtered based on parameters like status, priority, and category.
